    Has anyone encountered an issue with students bypassing the restrictions profile with the Focus setting? My students can change their backgrounds and add new features to their devices. Is there any way to restrict the Focus in settings on iOS devices?

    Has anyone encountered an issue where some iPads are not checking in with FileWave on random dates? I ran into several iPads that stopped checking on 1.21.24 btw 1:21-1:27 AM. The devices are no longer communicating with the server. The only way to fix this is to restore and re-enroll the device. I had this happen on 11/16/23 too.
