Hello all, we are running into an issue.
We have filewave 15.0.1 running on a Cent server, it has 24 GB ram, and filewave is the only application running on the server. Every day we are having to reboot the server becasue the filewave dashboard is showing that the ram usage is maxed out. Clientsespecially new clients, are not getting their filesets when the ram is showing maxed out. We added a scheduled task to reboot the server every day, but I think this is just a bandaid solution. Is there any insight as to why this would be happening or what we can do to prevent the issue?
