  1. The problem was I was using FW Admin on my windows machine. Once I used my MAC I was able to drag it out. All files are there now
  2. I did follow those videos. When I download the host client from your website https://fwkb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/4327890/TeamViewer+Windows+Client+Setup the Fileset does not contain the files the video shows? This is the Fileset I downloaded from the above link .. seem like there is a lot more missing that the Fileset in the Windows video you referred me to
  3. So I am totally lost on this TeamViewer thing ! - I assigned the license in our management console, but when I log into TeamViewer with those credential, it says it the FREE version. Now I am trying to build a custom host file that I can push out for unattended access, but I can not do that because I am using the free version. What am I doing wrong ?
  4. I installed the host of the client, and I have the full TeamViewer on my Admin computer
  5. So when I try to use Teamviewer, following the instructions for Windows, when I try to connect to a client, it opens a browser on their side, download's a file, then they have to install that file. Our users dont have permission to install any executable file. So how is this going to work ?

  7. Thanks !!! --- I JUST figured it out right before you posted that
  8. I just realized I can export a profile and then import it and change the ID
  9. Is there a way to copy a profile for an Ipad in filewave? I have custom profiles for some specific needs, and sometime I need to make a few changes while keeping the original profile. I can not find a way to copy a profile so I can keep the original then modify the copied profile. So far I have to keep creating new profiles, which is very time consuming
  10. Thank you - I will try that. Yes, this is for all platforms
  11. When I install the client it is asking for a license.
  12. Hi All, I am not sure where to post this topic - Team Viewer - because I need to use it on our Windows, iPads, and MACs. Problem is I just can not get it to work, and I do not understand the documentation that well. Has anyone been able to get this to work?
  13. Thanks - That is what I had to set up as well
  14. We also found the same thing with the brand new OptiPlex 3090's. Also, we had to disable secure boot in the BIOS. For some reason we also had to disable SATA drives, because they only come with NVME - When I sued IVS to capture the image, I kept getting a "no drive found" message - until I went into the BIOS to disable SATA ... So far I have been able to capture an image, but can not get that image to deploy to any of the new Dells. ( I ended up going back to Windows Deployment until I can figure this one out )
