Client Won't Enroll

I have a client that won't enroll no matter what I try. Have verified the MAC address is correct. Have tried reimaging and reinstalling the client with no success.  I was getting an IP address on it that I did not recognize 100.96.x.x subnet.  Is there a way to force this to connect?

After imaging, can the device even contact the FileWave Server, regardless of FileWave Client?

You can test connection with our Port Tester:

https://supportresources.filewave.com

Would that subnet have access to your FileWave instance?

Could the image have a static address, that is therefore causing issues?  

Does your network team do any kind of forced IP from DHCP based upon Mac address of device?  Could this be misconfigured?  

What range would you expect the IP address to be within?
