Hello When I was originally sold the Filewave product, I was given a demonstration on how to reset the printer(s) to mono by default for all users on the machine. It would allow them to change to Colour, print, but then heal back to mono after. How can I achieve this, please?

I've been in conversation with Apple and Filewave Support about this. I cannot get a profile to enable end-user notifications, and neither can FW Support. Where am I going wrong? I've added screen shots of what I've enabled and deployed as a profile to the test machines, none of which work. Help?
