Deploying GarageBand/Logic Pro sound loops

Does anyone have a good solution for deploying GarageBand/Logic Pro sound loops? Users are prompted to login with admin credentials, the first time the app runs, to install these additional sounds, and I have not found a way to avoid an admin manually logging in to every workstation. 

I've tried copying the sound files from one machine to another, but I still am prompted to login as admin when GarageBand runs for the first time.
