The use case can be the migration of a Mac with FileVault enabled from one FileWave instance to another FileWave instance. With this call, we can use the previous PRK to reissue a new one escrowed in the new instance. Without this call, the reissuance must be performed interactively with a user owning a Secure Token. I think you submitted something else to product suggestions and I would say to submit this as well: https://kb.filewave.com/books/community-engagement/page/filewave-product-management as it is not likely been thought about but I could see it also being helpful for integrations where you want to pull the info elsewhere.
